I was walking my dog in a nearby park today. While leaving I heard some guy yelling "hey!". I turned around and saw a little pug running towards me. It had one of those chain collars on it so I pulled my dog back just in case the pug was aggressive....

Ive never seen a agressive pug, pugs are all about being lovable.. but that person still should have apologized

Yes - They all say that their dog is not aggro. They all say that it deserves to run free ..

We have this same issue in Sydney ......

Some are considerate a few - the rest will just do as they please regardless of the rules ...
