When Lucy and I sit by the river

She grazes.

I sit and look at the water, enjoy the sunshine.

Look at the tiny fish, crustrateans, water fowl and water grasses that made her go crazy.

When we sit there, I say, "Addie" to Lucy. I don't say her name, unless we find something that smells of her.

I think she understands, to some extent, that I'm thinking of her and she can too. 💙
