He is a menace.

I don't know how to deal with him anymore. My dog who I've had for 6 years. He is a mixed Maltese breed and he keeps randomly attacking me. I'm tired of his bs he started acting like this to me ever since I had to cut his hair last time. Ever since then he hates me.

Are you giving him the attention he needs ?
Are you walking him ... not just do go to the bathroom ?
Are you exercising his brain ?
Dogs need proper stimulation and exercise otherwise issues occur
Do you take him to vets for annual checkups as it could be a medical issue ?

As Cesar puts it:
Exercise (and mental stimulation): It's key because like a child, if your dog is deprived of this NATURAL need, they WILL become destructive/anxious/ develop unhealthy coping outlets-behavior problems.
Discipline: This entails: Rules, boundaries, limitations.
Lastly: Affection :)
