He is a menace.

I don't know how to deal with him anymore. My dog who I've had for 6 years. He is a mixed Maltese breed and he keeps randomly attacking me. I'm tired of his bs he started acting like this to me ever since I had to cut his hair last time. Ever since then he hates me.

Surrender him to the local animal shelter if it gets too much.
Not something one would want to do but if things are out of hand...

The only issue there though is they may charge a fee for taking in more animals.

Me, I would gladly surrender all my neighbor's dogs to the shelter, even pay for it.
