I think my dog has lost his mind

I took him outside on the front porch this morning and the neighbor guy rode over on his golf cart. The first thing my dog did was pounce on a bug and ate it. 🤮 He kept nudging my neighbor with his nose being a nuisance even though he was getting attention. I swear he acted like he had never been outta the house before. Then my other neighbor came by with her 6 month old in a stroller and i know he was curious about the baby but he was practically climbing over me to get to this baby even after i told him "No. It's a baby." The minute they both left he noticed a 🐸 frog and he was all over the place trying to get it. I finally had to take him back in the house cuz he just would not behave. He about wore me out in a matter of 30 minutes. Geez.
