Who's calling Peta?

My dogs killed a squirrel in the yard . The neighbor heard me yelling at them and said " you should call Peta."

But who am I calling on?
Me, the dogs or the squirrel?

That's what dogs do especially if you have a Rottweiler or German Shepherd... It's called their "Prey Drive" they chase anything that moves fast.. my Dad used to train German Shepherds and he had Rottweilers LOL
