Who's calling Peta?

My dogs killed a squirrel in the yard . The neighbor heard me yelling at them and said " you should call Peta."

But who am I calling on?
Me, the dogs or the squirrel?

Let me know how this shakes out, I have 3 squirrels that hang around under my bird feeders in the back yard and my brother's dog comes very close to catching them, probably would get them if I didn't set up obstacles to give them an extra foot
