Who's calling Peta?

My dogs killed a squirrel in the yard . The neighbor heard me yelling at them and said " you should call Peta."

But who am I calling on?
Me, the dogs or the squirrel?

@WowwGirl My little dog hates squirrels and any rodent. She was breed to hunt them.
