Will the mastiff be OK?

My brother has a 250 pound English mastiff, I haven’t been around this dog too much, but I’m curious how similar his dog would be to mine? I have a toy Chihuahua who loves aggressive play. Will my brother’s dog be able to handle the Chihuahua? She can really be quite dominating in terms of strength and temperament when playing. she is a very very sweet dog but when she plays she loves to play like rough and tumble. And she honestly can really stand her own ground. My girl is pretty vicious (she is just playing).

For example when she has a rawhide in her mouth we know not to mess with her, and when she has a chew toy she absolutely obliterate it, throwing the toy across the room with stuffing everywhere. She really can hold her own, don’t even get me started when she plays tug with other dogs.

Also why are people saying that the mastiff could easily hurt or kill my dog? Couldn’t she do the same to him? I really mean it, she can hold her own ground and let other dogs know that she needs business.

You can’t really be serious, a 5 pound dog if that against a 250 pound one that could fit the little one in its mouth and still have room for more. Are you special or what?

@Prison1203 she is pretty vicious though. She’s a very friendly dog but when she plays she really loves to play sort of like rough and tumble. She can easily get really dominant, like you should see what she can do to a chew toy. Believe me she is fully capable of standing her own ground and can put other dogs in their place

@Cuzzzzinkaty I don’t care how vicious she is, the mastiff’s paw is about the same size as a chihuahua, if the mastiff gets pissed, it’s over

@Prison1203 what I’m trying to say though is my dog can stand her own, I’ve seen her put other dogs in their place plenty of times. Like if she was so inclined she could do some pretty good damage to a dog.

@Cuzzzzinkaty I have a small terroir which is bigger than a chihuahua and a Labrador retriever, and the small one tried to fight the bigger one and lost hard, and ended up hurt , I just don’t think your dog is as bad as you think it is

@Prison1203 I mean I have seen the damage that she can do to stuff around the house, and I also see her let other dogs know that she’s had enough, so I’ve seen her put dogs back in their lane so to speak, and when she has a rawhide in her mouth like I said before everyone knows not to mess with her. So I know she can be pretty bad

@Cuzzzzinkaty but are the other dogs 240 pounds bigger and inanimate objects do not fight back

@Prison1203 I mean I don’t know how much the dogs weigh, but it’s not just with an intimate objects. When she plays with other dogs in general she gets pretty rowdy. And she has definitely been able to straighten out the other dogs, and they were bigger than her
