I’m very worried that my brother’s dog won’t be able to handle mine?

My brother has a 250 pound English mastiff, I haven’t been around this dog too much, but I’m curious how similar his dog would be to mine? I have a toy Chihuahua who loves aggressive play. Will my brother’s dog be able to handle the Chihuahua? She can really be quite dominating in terms of strength and temperament when playing.

For example when she has a rawhide in her mouth we know not to mess with her, and when she has a chew toy she absolutely obliterate it, throwing the toy across the room with stuffing everywhere. She really can hold her own, don’t even get me started when she plays tug, she gives it everything.

I hear you. Way back when we had a Pekinese(Dont laugher. He was a grizzly bear on the inside) and my inlaws had a labrador cross. The Lab tried to ignore our dog, who used to hang on to one ear as poor old Mac walked down the hall. The one time he met my mothers Red setter was hilarious. He rushed the setter and set about his legs. the setter tried to lift all for legs and fell over, and our dog had him by the throat.. I separated them before the stter could retaliate. That little swine would attack anything bigger than him..😷
@whowasthatmaskedman in the case of our Chihuahua. She is very sweet, but once she starts playing she can easily become very dominant to the point where she can easily put other dogs in their place. That and also when she is eating or has a rawhide, you definitely don’t want to mess with her then.
