How many of you are th neighbor with THAT loud dog?

In my neighborhood the lady downstairs is so killing everyone with her german shepherd. Animal control has come by so much intil when you call they just tell you the dog and her owner's name. 😄

She has gotten smart though. Letting her bark in intervals instead of constant. 😅
