Hey all! Snickers the Saint Bernard here barking that I will be glad when all this rain stops! Mommy has to clean the whole house after I go outside to do my business. Of course I have to track mud thru every room when I come in! Well, despite the rain, today is totally awesome! Aunty is watching me!
So I was outside doing my business earlier when I saw her arrive at the house. I dashed back in and went right into the living room, muddy paws and all! I completely stopped dead in my tracks when I saw them:
Ooooooohhhhhh yyyuuuummmmm!!!!!!! Over two weeks without eating a sneaker has made me ravenous! And brand new white leather Reebok sneakers are my ABSOLUTE favorite! But if I went for them before my diet is up, Mommy would kill me! So I went upstairs into the guestroom to nap and have some slobbery Reebok dreams:
I was in the middle of a really delicious dream when I heard Aunty holler “Ooooh Sniiiiickers! Aunty has something yummy for you!!!” I headed downstairs to see what it was. I could smell those new Reeboks the whole time! Aunty was in the kitchen and asked if I had been a good boy and if I wanted a taste of her yummy new Reeboks:
I just laid at her feet and eyed them hungrily:
Aunty said that my no-sneaker diet must be torture and that she thought I needed a yummy treat. She said she wouldn’t tell Mommy and it would be our secret. OH BOY!!!!! I was BEYOND frisky and hungry for them. Well, sniffing turned into licking. Licking turned into nibbling, and in no time my jowls were wrapped around them and my eyes were rolled back in my head, chewing in ecstasy:
Aunty told me to eat them all up for dessert. My only response was growling and snorting as those yummy chewy new Reeboks squished and squeaked between my toofers. Aunty TOTALLY spoiled me rotten today! Oh and please don’t tell Mommy I ate Aunty’s Reeboks, okay???!!!
