I called a woman a dog

I was jogging by the lake and these 3 Somalis one guy and two girls passed by in the dark and one of the girls freaked out and barked like a dog. I said 'WTF. Are you a dog?' They looked at me not really sure if they should be offended. I said 'I thought I heard a dog.' Then they laughed. To be fair to me I think I was in a bad mood so I let myself off the hook.
