Help please! Dog is sick

I need food suggestions for a sensitive stomach. He basically hasnt eaten in 2 days, keeps vomiting food. Im going to the store now to try and find something. Hes an Akita

@JestAJester My dogs rearrange the furniture when they play in the house. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The other night we were playing and we head butted each other. I saw stars for a minute.
