Help please! Dog is sick

I need food suggestions for a sensitive stomach. He basically hasnt eaten in 2 days, keeps vomiting food. Im going to the store now to try and find something. Hes an Akita

He probably needs to see the vet. Our dog wouldn't eat, vomited blood, took him to the vet, he had a parasite from rabbit poo in the yard. Got some medicine and 3 days later he was back to normal.
