Help please! Dog is sick

I need food suggestions for a sensitive stomach. He basically hasnt eaten in 2 days, keeps vomiting food. Im going to the store now to try and find something. Hes an Akita

Try plain canned pumpkin purée and boiled plain white rice. It’s always worked for my dogs with upset stomachs. ♥️
