Help please! Dog is sick

I need food suggestions for a sensitive stomach. He basically hasnt eaten in 2 days, keeps vomiting food. Im going to the store now to try and find something. Hes an Akita

@MellyMel22 yup already boiling chicken. Dont have rice right now. Got some organic bone broth too for some extra nutrition

@JestAJester I hope it helps. It you have to give him water, maybe the rice water might help. I think I remember that when a baby I used to take care of would get sick.

@MellyMel22 i worry about the rice expanding and making it worse. For now he'll have to settle with the chicken
