I'm reflecting on the fact that yesterday when I had to pull my dog out of the river

She was slapping and biting the water and having a great time still, so much I pretty much grabbed her and picked her up cause it was easier to step on sharp rocks with a 100lb (half-floating) dog than it was to deal with her blinding me with the splashes

I really need to hustle and buy a house so I can give this bitch a pool she can live in 😑

@SooperSarah I technically do and it's a safety harness for the car, but I find holding her like a giant bag of potatoes is easier cause I need both hands anyway
