GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Wisconsin Humane Society is reminding residents that it will never turn away an animal in need after a dog was found tied to a fire hydrant in Green Bay.

The dog was seen tied to a fire hydrant on the corner of East Walnut Street and South Clay Street in Green Bay. A local resident told Local 5 that the dog had a note with her saying that the owners could not take care of her anymore.

I mean just look at that sad look on her poor face😞😞
