Been able to since my half brother show me how when I was just a kid.

Now try wiggling your scalp. Never could master that one. My half brother could! Very frustrating! 😏

Now try both of these. Usually most can do one or the other. Yet this girl I knew could both make a ball of her tongue and roll the edges up. 🤷‍♂️😱
