do you ever think that dogs are gifting us with a ball or a stick?

sometimes when my dog wants to "play fetch" it think that she is actually trying to gift me with the only thing she knows is hers...and then I go and throw that gift away so she retrieves it to try and give it to me again. anyone else?

maybe if your dog spends a lot of time with it and likes it a lot. dogs like different things. it's either what you said or her being playful.

I’ve seen many videos of a gadget that shoots balls and the dog keeps reloaded it. Clearly not to please the owner.
