@Punches I'd say lose the glasses and grow the hair a bit fluffier to de-emphasize the ears. :)

@Punches It's honestly something I'd like to do myself, honestly. 😂 The glasses, I'm stuck with, but the hair is coming back. The stylists inevitably cut it shorter than I'd like. 😅 Fortunately, my Scottish genes kick in pretty hard in that area and it grows back in a quick 3 weeks or so. 🐼
