my dog was hit by a car and wont stand up could someone please help me with why she wont stand up and breathing heavily

If there’s no vets around call for help by shouting or knock on someone’s door. People are more likely to help you since most people like animals. Or you can phone the vets up if you can’t get there , if it’s an emergency they might come out.
