I know. When my kids were still living home, id come in the house and have to go looking to see if any of them were home from school yet, but any cats I had were at my feet begging for some loving. When I sat down I had cats in my lap telling me they missed me and needed some cuddles. I have three cats now, and they make me glad to come home.

It's funny how people who never had cats try to tell us that cats have no facial expressions. I can read my cats' expressions easier than I can read people. Cats don't try to deceive. What they feel shows on their faces and in their body language.

It's tough, I know. In my long life i have loved and lost a lot of cats. It hurts to lose them, but we have to let them go when its time. And then get more. Because living with no cats hurts even more than saying goodbye.

Ah, I have met my match. Someone who loves and admires cats as much as I do.
