Life without a cat is hard !!

I'm not exaggerating.

I spent a few years caring for them, but lately my life feels empty without them. Most of them were just streets cats but I looked after them if they needed food or shelter sometimes later they would come near me and allow me to touch them.I even bought them cozy clothes for the winter 🤭 and some toys so whenever they come they get excited for food and shelter,But for the past week, there hasn't been a single cat around, probably because of the winter. Their bowl and the litter box are still there, but there isn't a single cat around. Yes, they usually disappear because they're males, meaning they don't stay long, but I'm really used to finding a cat around here and there.

These days I am seriously considering adopting a cat from a shelter , but I don't know if I can because I travel a few times a year, the cats from the neighborhood or street that I care for come and go to my house, which is just a shelter for them. It is really a strange feeling, but it seems that I have become attached to the cats that used to take refuge in my house and spend time here. I feel that a part of me is missing, so much so that when I look at their pictures and remember them, my heart is filled with joy. Whoever has a cat or has any experience around cats will truly understand what I mean.

My son just adopted one of these kittens just today!!!
There were 5 females and 1 male! They already have a under 2 year old female at home, named Crawley....But today they got her a friend, another female based on it's personality..... Horrible back story though the kittens mother cat was torn to shreds, as the owner had gotten a dog, and it killed the mother cat when the kittens were only 4 weeks old, and they had to bottle feed the kittens!! So my son and his fiance felt they needed to rescue one of these kittens now that they own their own house!! And already have their first young cat, two is better than one!!! So far so good, the kitten is settling in nicely! Tomorrow they will take her to the vet to get her dewormed and all her shots!!
