@Musicman I would love a lap cat, maybe a ragdoll. But these birds were here first.

@Musicman I tried to make a couple of the parakeets lap parakeets, would get them and wrap them in the hem of my t-shirt while watching a movie. But they would wake up and wriggle out from the t-shirt and go exploring. Caught one slipping down between the seat and the arm of the chair and I was finished with that.

@cherokeepatti You definitely don't want them getting hurt.

@Musicman Ray took one that just got his feathers and put him in his shirt pocket and walked across the street to his friends house and showed him off to the guys that were there. He took him over there a couple more times too

@Musicman He bonded with him. Always friendlier to him than to me. One time he was in the bathroom and coughed, the bird coughed too. He did little things like that. I would hear him in the morning before I woke up.
