I Have a Cat [Cats]

I recently learned that my 13-year old cat went to the vet recently (other family members are looking after her right now), and she has high thyroid hormone level. It is just barely within the healthy range, so now we need to keep an even closer eye on her to make sure she's getting by. I adopted her when she was a kitten, so it's kinda heartbreaking that she's showing so many signs of aging now. Luckily, her current residence is within walking distance from my house, so I'll try to stop by later today, but if not, definitely later this week. I haven't seen her in a few months since I was out of town, so I know she'll be happy to see me again.
