Anxiety effing sucks

I posted a pic of my cat wearing a hhat my sis made for her, and now, bc most people laugh at it, I feel so bad for my cat I'm about to cry 🤦‍♀️

I think it's a funny pic myself, but for reasons I won't bore you with, I feel sorry for my cat.

That's anxiety for ya.

I've suffered with it on and off for over 40 years. It's the worst, wouldn't wish it on anyone.

@AnnTeresaMcNeil Messes with our nervous system, too--it has a physical effect. At its worst, I had some psychotic moments back in the early 2000s
