Do cats grow out of chewing on things? [I Have Cats]

My cats are about 7 months old and they are constantly chewing on ethernet cables, vinyl flooring, cardboard etc. Are they teething? Are they going to get tired of it?

One of my cats did that while he was a kitten. I think he broke like 30 chargers. He did eventually grow out of it.
