My cat dandelion cries to go out. As soon as i let her out she cries to come in. Sometimes she just looks through the glass door with a sad look on her face and as soon as i open the door she runs away lol

The word "door" has been defined as something a cat is always on the wrong side of.

You need a cat door. You can have it installed in a window with flower pots on shelves outside so the cat can climb up to it. Or it can be installed in a door. Some people put them near a tree branch in a window on the second floor. They really come in handy. You can lock them to keep the cat in or out if you need to.

I had a cat for 15 years and he loved his cat door.

@Summersrain Once you install the cat door, you show the cat how to use it by holding a sardine out of it and calling the cat right before a meal. You do this once from each side of the door. Then, after that you don't let the cat in or out of the people door for at least 6 months. After that, you can, if you feel like it, let the cat use the people door as you yourself go in and out or let people in. Cats get used to cat doors fairly easily and generally like the freedom. Be sure to purchase a good one and have it properly installed.
