Damn, nice cat. I used to live with one that hung out around my neck like a towel, too. He even slept there, for hours sometimes. When he was a kitten, he would curl up into a flat circle and sleep on the top of my head.

He’s one of the most relaxed cats I’ve had. I can walk around with him like that for a good while before he gets tired of it lol. Neck cats are great.
