Dogs & Thier Owners

You know I love dogs but when someone ties their dogs leash. To a scaffold outside the 7-Eleven downstairs from my apartment. I came outside after I got my groceries from 7-Eleven. I had my headphones on listening to my music. The dog is naturally barking jumping up at me. So I'm trying to squeeze by the dog. Cause I don't know if the dog is friendly. The owner & the dog doesn't look familiar like they live in the apartment complex. I've seen many violations in my 2 & a half years of living here. People walking thier dogs without a leash or just letting the dog walk & not holding onto the leash. I've have seen many dogs on like the elevator. The dog tries to jump on to me playfully so pet it. The owner probably thinks i'm dog hater which i'm not. I've been around dogs & cats all my life.
