Home made cat food question

I'm making my cat food from scratch. It's basically, chicken, beef heart, tuna or sardines and egg cooked in some water then put in the food processor. He loves it. My question is are there any powder supplements I should add to make sure he gets all the stuff he needs?

Don't forget the chicken liver! Also consider fluctuating in some salmon for the omega 3s. It helps prevent fleas and other infestations. And watch the tuna. It's a bit high in mercury. I don't cook the eggs, but that's up to you. They love the duck and duck eggs, so if you can get your hands on either, I highly suggest. Think about lamb heart too, if you can acquire access. Try not to overgrind their food. They need to chew for dental health.

I don't use supplements. My cats are ok, but that's another personal decision. One eats dairy. She's not happy without it.
@Magicianzini I've read that too much liver is bad. Too much vitamin A
@JonLosAngeles66 Too much of anything is no good. That's why there's variance. One fluctuates in the menu. That's for the body, not just the palate.
