How do you become an SW Mod?

I wanna know who do I need to SW gift a puppy or jet to.

I used to mod on other sites back in the early to mid 00's, the first rule admins had back then was to ignore those that wanted to mod, they claimed those who wanted to were considered too gung ho and would cause problems with members.
