Is my dog bowlimic?

Everyday my dog eats the entire bowl of food. It is supposed to be and until last week was one days worth of food. Anyway my yellow lab now chomps down the entire bowl, then immediatedly goes outside pees then wanders around eating grass vomits runs back inside sits down and just stares at her bowl. . . Is she bulimic or just seeking attention? I want to get a pet psychologist! Plus she doesnt want to play or go for walks. She just sits or lays there; staring.
