He’s dying to go outside, but I have to keep him safe so I ordered him a Catio. Of course I would never put him out there if it’s too hot.

Yes, they will. I give my cats nothing like this, but I promise them their own gym, so they can tear the furniture apart and all they desire. They love where they can just be themselves.
