the look i get when i don't let her go outside....

@Gibbon i'll never let her out. she might not come back and we have too many raccoons around. i'm surprised other people let their cats out. but my kitty is tiny for her age. i did have an outdoor cat before and she had 3 litters. she finally got fed up with the toms in the neighborhood when she was 10. and then became a sweet indoor cat and lived another 8 years

@beermeplease Vickie and I used to take our oldest out on a leash. She didn't like it. My elder twice darted out the door after a feral cat I would feed. The first time I went after her in the dark she was chasing straight across the neighbors yard. I went in to get a flash light and came back out to hear a howling cry and saw her sitting in the middle of the neighbors driveway with a frozen stare. The second time the feral ran around the house. The upstairs neighbor was on the front porch having a smoke said he didn't see any cats running. Puzzled I walked around the house and she was sitting on the top step of the porch leaning against my entrance door crying. She never tried to go out again.
