pets in distress

[/b]my dog just made 9.his leg was giving him troubles,an x-ray has shown bone on bone in his knee.i also have a pup.i take them walking,when mikey sits he is hurting and he rides in the doggy cart,he loves .my pup,gabby see`s big brother ride she wants up also.when my pets hurt,i hurt.now mikey is showing signs of diabetes.i will do any thing but heard insulin is unaffordable.please respond.
