Kiwi Woke Up After The Sun Came Up And Started Calling For The Boy Repeatedly Like For 10 Minutes…

She kept saying “Are You OK” which is what the parakeets have given him for a name. I think she thought he was late for getting ready for school, he is usually in the shower by the time she started saying that. She doesn’t remember the weekends. Anytime she repeats the same phrase over and over I know she is trying to tell us something.

@Vivaci She’s raised 22 babies and she’s still got mothering in her. She will tattle to me if the boy goes into the kitchen and starts frying anything in the morning. She’ll start saying loudly “You See! You See!” So i will see him in the kitchen messing around. Because she watches me clean the kitchen after dinner at night. And if any of us fails to say thank you when someone gives us something she will remind us loudly to “Say Thank You!” None of the other parakeets do that.
