I Love My Pets

Dogs and cats add so much to your life. However, some of what they add....

The closed door elicits both whimpers from the dog and meows for the cat. How dare this door is closed is what I hear. I want to go out they cry, so I rise and open the door and let them be free. I barely get comfortable back in my seat when I hear the familiar whine or howl to be let back. This goes on all evening. When they're really in the groove, one wants out and then the other wants in just a minute later. I'm thinking it is more of an exercise program that they've developed to keep me moving.

At least I serve a purpose in the greater scheme of life....
