Came back to the realization

I thought I moved up and away from that label. But I just realized than things haven’t changed much. Atm I work at a fast food restaurant and I stick out like a sore thumb! I’m messed with constantly and the jokes I receive kinda pass overhead. Which in turn gives in the response of “wow you’re so adorable” “look at how innocent you are”. And some of these comments are from people younger than me. Sometimes almost a decade younger! I wish I was seen different, cause it gets old fast. 😞
