I don’t quite get what you mean.
If we are empty, does that mean we hav no sense of identity and no base to create turbulence from our ideas?

No. Conflict is caused by manny things other than that. If I want fish for tea and yo wasn’t steak we are in conflict. How we resolve it. Is up to us.@Julieeung

@Julieeung Any conflict can be superficial. Or it can be very serious. Some friends of mine destroyed their relationship and diet started with that kind of conflict

Very well said, the constant pressure we place on ourselves and those around to be "perfect" (whatever that means!) can be extremely draining. "Live and let live" is a phrase I try to live my life by, so simple yet so deep
