I'm not Catholic but I'm a Christian and one of the most important things I've learned (if anything) is that we are all far from being perfect. And as long as we understand that, we're good.

Sometimes people like to base things on a person's religion that they follow. I was born Christian though I come from an accepting family. Catholic churches inside are really beautiful though, I haven't been to many churches but they must all be pretty inside. I imagine they're suppose to be nice places like you said.

Interesting viewpoint...I would have thought that being open minded and being a strict Catholic were almost opposite ...
