@yogibooboo True, true. Window shopping always ends up with me either buying books or taking the ones I liked and placing them where no one could find them so that I could come back when I have enough money and buy them eventually 😂

🥺🥺 Luckyyyy!! When I was around 15 there was a book signing for famous foreign authors, one of them being Kiera Cass, but I wasn't able to go because I didn't have anyone who would come with 😭
I have been reading All The Pretty Horses for the past week. There is a movie version of the book that I saw many years ago starring Matt Damon. So far I have noticed many similarities and differences between the two. Currently on page 117 of 302.
@Gelartsyyy It's about two friends who travel to Mexico on horseback from Texas and find work on a horse farm. They encounter many obstacles and hardships while they are there but eventually end up back in their hometown of San Angelo in Texas. Story takes place in 1949.
@railfan1984 Tbh it sounds like the kind of book I would usually ignore. Buuut I'm open to reading all kinds of books now so maybe I'll try to find a copy.
