@RuthHolmes67 An outfit or profile picture is not consent. Have people used outfits or profile pics or whatever else to attract someone before? Yes, but people do these things for an array of reasons, too.
In either case, my profile picture is just some cool art and I still get a bunch of weird messages from creepy guys too. The problem with creepy men is that they take consent for granted, or just totally disregard it, either or.

@MsSwan you literally are saying that i should change stuff so men will leave me alone “the hard truth is it does encourage them” no it doesn’t. These guys dont care what a girl is wearing they just care about what she can do for them, i could be wearing a hoodie in that pic and they would still be creepy towards me. Your argument makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

I read the comments and am astonished. The "she was asking for it, look how she's dressed" mentality went out in the 50s or 60s. Or so I thought. In reality it doesn't matter how you are dressed, you should be able to be confident you are treated with respect. You should also be able to expect a civil conversation. Until, and if, you invite more. Which the men would learn you would not.

I take all this with a 🙄🙄....seeing as how I get college girls from well off backgrounds giving ME speeches about how my gender is all rapists....and IM THE ONE that's been a victim of sexual assault from a foster mom-as a toddler-that still gives me nightmares. I'm the one from abject poverty who's been an SA victim while the ones giving me speeches from classroom propaganda haven't been EITHER....and I spend my spare time helping single moms and their kids by giving them new clothes, food, transportation help and cash....but it's nice to know the well to do who HAVEN'T been SA victims walk around every minute of the day ready to dial 911 on me as "potential rapist." There are a LOT of Tucker Reed types out there now, and they all come from the same background. This guy in your case is a creep, yes....but I get treated like 1 every day and all I do is respect women and help my community, while they sit at Jamba Juice and regurgitate propaganda gotten from a classroom.

@Trabzor I’ve seen some of your posts, they have very misogynistic views. The difference between you and I is that you blame women as a whole for your bad experiences, i don’t blame all men for mine. I am aware that good guys exist just as much as i am aware of the bad ones. And these posts are meant to make others aware as well. So if you’re mad about that i don’t really care.

I went through your series and it’s gross how men act here. I have gotten so many messages and I report the bad ones.
The men are mostly married and sexually starved and this is their outlet. These men see women as objects. I ignore their messages, eventually they will find a catfish that will talk to them but it’s just another old lonely man.
