The Hippo's Universe get so much money from many Universes to protect them from the south
The Lizard's Universe are the south managing traffic beings and drugs.
Yet, they don't use the money to ramp up border security. Only using all the money to help criminals and their own pockets. Go figures.
It's funny how the rest of the Universes blame the bears for lack of border security which is true, but not the same situation though.
