For some nations that don't have States within the universes

For those who have states.

The Monkey's Universe. 38 states.

The Fish's Universe. 23 states.

The Cheetorian's Universe. 8 states.

The Rat's Universe. 5 states.

The Lizard's Universe. 3 states.

The Beaver's Universe. 2 states. In my opinion as an Author, it should be one. These lazy assholes from the other side.

I think that's it.

The rest haves no states. Just one as a universal nation.
