I can feel hot spots within the universe

This may sound weird but I can feel hot spots in certain places of the world and it felt like it did during the 1990s. And then when I leave out of that zone it's back to the dull life that I see through my eyes. Last night I had hit a hot zone. It lasted for a good 5 minutes on the road. Felt like a medium.
