i used to wish at stars when i was a child, but truth hurts you know, cause most of my so called shooting stars isn't even stars after all, they are some long distant lights and heavy metals. now i really know why none of my wish isn't came true, its a very 'communication error' from the space. ughh

Without context it’s hard to give you a meaningful response. All I can say is that you underestimate the power of your youth. Sure, you’re experiencing some disappointments right now and maybe even trauma, but you have your whole life ahead of you to work hard towards changing things, towards achieving your goals. Nothing worth doing comes easily. Yes, if you thought that your shooting stars would fall into your lap with a little work then you were greatly mistaken, but that doesn’t mean it’s all for nothing. And if this is about some lover then don’t make their issues yours. Everyone is a hot mess throughout their entire 20s trying to figure out who they are. It’s helpful to not internalize all the way is everyone is a bowl in a china shop. The best you can do is learn to send them away sooner before they do damage and not get invested in people who are unstable.
