With Chandrayaan-2 not able to successfully launch it's Vikram Lander on south side of Moon, and recent failure of Russia's Luna-25, do you think India will succeed in Chandrayaan-3 project to launch Vikram Lander and Pragyan rover on south of Moon's surface?

@ABCDEF7 I hope so!

@Mamapolo2016 They say, they have learned from their mistakes of previous failure and made few changes that will increase their chances to land successfully this time.

@ABCDEF7 yes, I do. But I am often wrong in my interpretations of what I read. Ch-2 is communicating with Ch-3, and I believe that the Russians are sharing data with India in an effort to make the Ch-3 successful…. Enough to land their Rover. That doesn’t mean it will work, but each error is one step closer. CH-2 is taking photographs for CH-3 in an effort to find the ideal landing spot, but you already know this, don’t you.? :-)

@ABCDEF7 Come on, India!

@Mindful I don't understand how Russians are sharing data with India? Russia's Luna-25 has already crashed.
It's only India's own orbiter placed on moon's orbit in CY-2 mission that is communicating with CY-3 Lander Vikram. And it was 200% planned in CY-3 mission, that's why they didn't had any orbiter in CY-3. CY-2 orbiter is part of CY-3 mission, so the communication between two is obvious, nothing additional.

@ABCDEF7 yes.
When it comes to government practices, we don’t always get to understand what is happening. And I am just speaking on how I interpret what I have read over time.
We shall see. My interpretation was that Ch-2 orbiter is not necessarily supposed to land. Ch-3 is supposed to land their Rover.
We just have to watch and see.
